Q. How do I manage my account?

A. To manage your account, you must be a registered user and be logged in. Once you have registered and logged in, your account information will be summarized in the left-hand column of the Home page, under your login name. Click on "Your Account" to change your payment settings or personal information such as your email address and password. You can also manage your subscription, as well as your classifieds, calendar items and links.

Q. I was registered on the old New Mobility site. Do I have to re-register?

A. To keep your old username, you will need to "migrate" your account and choose a new password. When you login, the system will create a new profile for you. You will need to login again and follow the instructions on screen.

Q: I already have a username for the message board. Do I need to re-register for the main New Mobility site?

A: You don't have to re-register, but you do need to link your message board username to your main New Mobility account. Login as you normally would, and follow the instructions on screen. You will be required to choose a new password.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A. On your First Time User Form, you selected a security question. If you forget your password, you can enter your username with no password. You will then have the chance to answer your security question. If you give the correct answer, you will then be able to reset your password.

Q: Sometimes I go to the site and I am automatically logged in, and sometimes I'm not. Why?

A: The New Mobility site uses "cookies" to identify your computer and make web browsing easier for you. If you change browsers or computers, or if you clear your cookies, you will need to log in again.
