I am 26 years old and i am very fit not anorexic but fit.
I am 188cm tall, and have 70kg. So, every day i am doing
yoga training. Woke up at 5 am, go running, eat some fresh
fruits for the breakfast eat lunch, go running, go to the
fitness club, no dinner for me.And that's probably it i don't
eat too much sweets.
