Frankly, I don't know how anyone could mistake any of these for health foods, but since that is the title of the web article, that is what I called this thread.

I should add that for one of the substitutions (the 100 calorie snack packs) they suggest 1 ounce of almonds. I have seen 100 calorie snack packs of almonds in my local supermarket, but they may be heavily salted. I'm not sure as I haven't bought them. They are more expensive per ounce that way than in the larger volumes.
