soooooooooo boys... what workouts can be done by an incomplete quad, to get rid of moobs? im tired of arguing w the mr bout what cup size he is..lol. push ups are obviously hard for him to do, and since he cant ground himself properly bc he cant control the muscles in his lower half.. certain weight lifting movements are hard on him n set him off balance.. i like his fat tummy, and his ripped arms are hot .. but the moobs GOTTA go.. ugh what to do? what works? whats easiest? any ideas? plz n ty
