I beg to differ. This paragraph shows exactly why you wanted one of the rules changed and quoting sources enforced. You felt you would then gain some kind of superiority. You feel we're incapable of forming our own opinions w/out tons of footnotes. This is a message board, not a Masters Thesis. dash

I finally got reregistered with NM, my filing system (chaos) allowed my to find my password.

I think that New Mobility worked well enough before the recent changes.

Yes, I wanted the rule changed as it made no sense. Even if a newspaper gave you permission to quote according to the rules you could not. Jeff said he didn't mind if you quoted - then why have the rule?

A written rule should be consistent with unwritten policy.

Everyone is wrong but you, right? Don't you see that the RULES were never a problem here? You arrived and wanted to change the rules, but all you succeded in doing was change the board, and not for the better.

Are you happy here now? I guess any type of attention, even negative attention is what you crave.

Craig, you do have a way with words.

I gotta admit I didn't realize Susan was powerful enough to do the things ya'll accuse her of, but... I've been known to be wrong.

Isn't it obvious to you the changes that have occured here in the last several weeks? Have you been reading what people have said? NM is not a happy place now. I for one will say that I DO blame Susan for changing NM,and I hope she is happy. Thanks to Steve for giving us an option.

Tell me Dayvd, do you like the new and improved NM? Did you like the good old place? Do you miss it? The fights and attacks around here were just part of the unique atmosphere. Saint Susan decided we needed to be "sanitized" so she started her sneaky crap. She is no better than any one of us, and she took it upon herself to change things. She buddies up to people, and then shits on them. I will never trust her.

I for one do not blame Susan. I blame Jeff for taking her serious.

I appreciate this board but it did not need fixing. Those that threatened should have been banned.
Granted, I have reported made up aliases to Dave, he always responded and checked out my complaints. I had also been warned and complied.

Why fix it if it's not broken?

I find myself read PQ's more, although the repetitive diatribe of a few have worn thin over certain old feuds.

Do you agree with this?
