Rented this scooter a couple weeks ago...ran smoothly. Took it to the beach on a windy day and probably ran through some sand that had blown over sidewalk.
Now when running very slow, the scooter shutter's. At fast speed you don't notice anything. I went over a buddy's and had him pull out aircompressor and blow things out. Works a little better.
I would like to take water to device that has lever to disengage clutch.
