edit; this is my opinion
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - but at the same time you can consider joyt your friend - and ignore the totally "mean and evil" way she treats others on here (not once but over and over again). Explain that to me if you can, please. I enjoy reading your posts - your experiences over the years are really interesting to me but am baffled that you can consider someone like that a friend. Someone that so totally "shits" on certain people, in the worst way.

I know you'll all probably think that I have no business saying this but what she does has bugged me for a long time.

JB - hope you have a great time tonight, as you usually do!!!

Merry - as I'm sure you know, having a "the tag team" against you is actually a good thing, better than them being your "friends"

Dee

edited to say: Susan, I hope all is well with you and I do miss reading your posts. From having talked to you a bit, I know you are a great mother and there's nothing more important than that!

Dee, Well you reposted my post enough to insure it stays here. If I remember correctly you are fairly new here, an ab and have a brother w/ the same injury level as myself.
Certain posters have been "pegged" as being one way or another here on NM. I see you are one who pats johnboy on the back as though he's some child. You then pat Merry on the back. Both have posted some pretty negative things as have others. But, you choose to question my friendship w/ Joy.
There are histories between different posters on this BD that go back way before I ever came here. I choose who I am friendly with, w/out regard to what any particular "clique" feels nor will change my feelings due to pressure from others.
Joy is my friend. My opinion won't change due to what anyone says.
In this same thread you support Merry who both Joy and I questioned about another poster. I personally have no problem w/ Merry. Joy may. That doesn't mean I change my opinion about either. There are many here I agree w/ sometimes and not others. Real friends can agree to disagree about certain issues. It would be a pretty boring world if we were all robotic followers.
I still wish this thread had stayed on topic. Interesting you entered once it went astray. dash

I agree dash - I consider you a board friend and I hope you feel the same. As you say, real friends can agree to disagree about certain issues - and we don't have to have the same friends in common. Isn't that called being an adult?

But thank you Dee for your kind words - I don't think we have ever posted to one another.
