we have a string of fairs here, indianfest, afrofest [called diff now], mexicanfest, ect....
at africanfest and mexicanfest, every year shootings, weapons and fights
ive only heard fights at the others, never shootings, guns

whats disgusting is they stink, literally, ive been around hundreds of those covered turbin veil women since i was a kid, and every one of them had a vile odor like they never bathe..... and i mean every single one stank
ive left lines i was in and moved away from those veiled turbin dress women because i thought i was gonna vomit.....
holding in a puke sure keeps my memory intact on this topic......

i think dressing in tradition of one's country is okay but if i were a woman i'd feel demeaned to have to always be seen (not seen) covered up.

Muslim women cover up their whole bodies, and wear "modest" colors that do not draw attention--tan, white, black. Hindu women wear the colors of the goddesses: lots of gold, pink, yellow, orange, red, with intricate beadwork and stitching on their clothes, chiffon, etc. They show their midriffs and bellies often. There is NO comparison. What are you talking about?

Lazer had better not visit Australia then, we eat lots of lamb, its often cheaper than beef and I don't mind goat or camel or roo. And we like garlic, spicy food and curries too, and its hot here, alot of the time so lots sweating going on.
