Anyone out there have advice on writing an ad for a PCA? I'm 51, and have used a power chair for the last 35 years. CP affecting primarily my legs, then @ 16, a stroke paralyzing my left side. It's gotten to the point that it takes me 3 - 4 hours to shower and dress independently in the morning I used to be able to "jump" out of bed, shower, shave and dress in 45 minutes. I'm getting sleep deprived from gettiup @ 4:30 so I can make it to work by 9. Any ideas?
