Three powerful unions in CA mare getting rid of a teacher almost impossible. The Teachers Union, Nurse Union and Prison Guard Union, by virtue of the money they throw at`politicians, practically own the legislature.
I understand the reasons tenure was dreamed up, but those days are long gone. We need to do something about public employee unions, their pensions and health care are going to bankrupt the State.
