The Jews being Gods people are not included in this statement. God will introduce those to be saved to Jesus at a point He chooses. Gentiles all fall under that statement. I think Jesus said concerning the Jews, They will not see me until they say blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. I think this happens sometime in the tribulation known as Jacobs trouble. This is what I have learned anyway and it follows the bible in my view.
