Adults recognize that we all have areas of agreement and disagreement, and if you want to live in harmony you don't go around poking sticks into hornets' nests. Too bad you've never learned that, Greg.

If so, you don't even belong on this type of messageboard as health issues is WHAT brings us together.

Oh I get it, when you discuss YOUR disability you are bringing us together.

But when I discuss my disability I am flaunting it.

Greg, what really matters is finding some happiness in life and trying your best to help others do the same. Accomplishments mean nothing if you that isn't part of it.

The old NM had lots of active threads where that was going on, in spite of the fighting. If you look at most of the other thread topics here these days you'll see very little activity, and that's sad. The fighting is about all that's left.

PQ may not be as active as the old NM was, but at least the vast majority of the posts there are positive and supportive ones.

Yep, and I had to remind the school board that the students came first many times in the process of negotiations. We had some school board members who thought having great sports teams was the primary function of a school.

We often accepted lower salaries so the district could put more into program development.
