I know silly boy, but for a guy who "could not be happier" if this is you happy I pity those around you when you're not happy.

The truth is that it all happened 6 years ago. The truth is that if NM had continued in the way it was going it was 6 years ago, it would be history. Let it be.

Well I'd like to know if my perspective is correct and the more it gets talked about the closer we all get to the truth.

And for you to just keep saying over and over again to not discuss just adds to the suspicous nature of your involvement and agenda.

For you to extrapolate that NM would be history based on a few months of NM realigning itself is idle speculation, especially based on the continuing evolutionary forces under which NM exists.

train wreck? give me a break

Greg, your view of what happened to NM 6 years ago is pure revisionist history. This site was on a pathway to self-destruction long before Susan or Jeff intervened, and the cause was feuds that began to move off the board into people's real lives and the uncontrolled use of multiple aliases to attack others.

Susan's suggestions for changes and her self-reported discussions with Jeff were merely one final straw, and people began a mass exodus in disgust. If PQ had never existed many may have gone to CC, WCJ, or just scattered to who knows where, but NM was doomed regardless.

PQ had been around for a while before the NM implosion but was fairly inactive. Mainly because Steve had been an active NM member for many years and was well known, a number of us began posting there.

The reason we left was to escape the turmoil that NM had become. Your implication that PQ was created as a part of some conspiricy to destroy NM is pure fantasy.

Sadly for NM, the people who left were some of the most prolific posters here and, for the most part, this site has been pretty inactive ever since. Look at this thread as an example - the only reason it's even alive is because of responses from several of us that you scorn as "PQ people".

I think it's pathetic and highly antisocial that you take pleasure in spreading controversy and find it a relaxing hobby. You have become nothing more than a troll, and it is getting very old and tiresome.

Try reading what I said, instead of what your interpretation is.

Fact is I was an early joiner of PQ while still active at NM.

I never said it was created as part of a conspiracy as I remember well Steve's wording (at PQ) for his rationale for starting PQ (it was a project). That is the reason I signed up as it sounded like a good and interesting concept.

There was rowdy atmosphere at NM and it was getting nasty (I received my share)

The "leaving" for some was to escape the nastiness but for most of the prolific posting regulars they got their noses out of joint before and after the big Jeff conference. They went all suckie due to Susan's involement and themselves being "left out" of the NM new rules setup.

PQ was there and they seized on the opportunity and "take their business elsewhere". Christ some even tried to engineer a boycot of NM.

Your conjecture of "pathway to self-destruction" is just that, conjecture. NM is still here despite the unfaithful spouses still coming by for a bootie call because their new PQ is not and never will be the place NM was.

So join your other small minded friends and keep calling me all the names you want. Just remember I dealt with Wabi, Dan has been brought to heel and I'm still here supporting NM!
