There is no legal cause of action for being "too disabled to fly" due to a loophole in the law as written. The Air Carriers Access Act does not provide for a private cause of action, which means that individuals cannot bring suit under the act.
Let'em All Fly is working to provides advocacy and educational opportunities for individuals with disabilities throughout the United States.
