To me, the verses from Mark 11, are not saying God won't answer anyone who has unconfessed sin unless we pray for fogiveness first. Verse 25 sounds to me like IF we want to be forgiven by God, we must forgive other people we hold grudges against.
The Lord's Prayer always makes me nervous when we get to the "Forgive us our trespasses AS we forgive others who trespass against us."
Praying for forgiveness preceeds praying for anything else.
I think forgiving others preceeds all else.
