I came on here to do the same thing and MrsD beats me to it.
I am doing just fine.Nothing really new to say for me except enjoying the freedom of driving myself whenever I want or need to.
Still have not gone all that far.Furthest would be about a half hour drive with about the longest being just cruising around town.
How is it going with you MrsD? How are things going for you up in the "white" north?

It has been a ghost town around here even more than before it seems like.
Why is that?
Is PQ the same way also? Maybe I should say Hi there also.
I know I haven't been around here much myself but the few times I have looked on here the posts have been weeks old and way off topic by then.

This place sure crashes a lot.More than others that is.
Damn,I would have guessed the prices up there would be at least 100K cheaper.I guess when it comes to cities there is no difference.
I take it the prairies are more north from where you are now?

What is the big fun up there,especially during the winter time?
Yeah sloshy snow in a city does not look all that pretty that is for sure.
I am thinking the same thing with the rain down here.Right now it looks like it could be like it was last winter.Just about non stop for 2 1/2 months.

eh i spose the fun stuff is in the eye of the beholder. id like to go iceskating, i have done that since i was little, taking my kid would be fun. but im a home body and the stuff she n i would do, hubby isnt able to, nor would he want to. so thats a tuff Q. gonna go xmas shoppin next weekend thatll be nice i guess. i never went xmas shopping w a signifigant other b4, my ex hubby was a real tool, as we all kno, so we shall see how family time really feels for me i spose. its raining here as i type this, it looks like a monsoon out there lol. what u doin for the holidays?

What kind of other fun stuff would you want to do?
I am not really one who plans things out all the time for the holidays but thins year it looks like my sister and her family will be coming this way.She lives in Colorado and she has not been out this way in a few years.
I probably shouldn't be typing that up because it is suppose to be a surprise for my parents.I just hope they don't see it when they walk by me when I am on here. LOL!
But I am not really sure what we will be doing.She said that she doesn't want to do any thing big but just to visit and relax.
We will see.I got a few more weeks before they show up.

usually its -45 out w 3ft of snow at this time of yr. not one snowflake has hit edmonton... bastid weather ppl r lying to me
