Have FM and Sexual Issues

I found this site/forum when I purchased a book about love/sex/relationships for people with disabilities. (I'd searched quite a bit for something on the topic of sex for people with Fibromyalgia, to no avail. I thought I'd give the book from this site a shot. It's the closest I've come to what I'm looking for.)
Now, for my questions:
1) Does anyone on this forum have Fibromyalgia (FM) or know anyone who does?
2) Do you know of any books or sites that offer advice/info about copies with sexual issues (i.e., muscle pain, tenderness, drug side effects...such as inability to achieve orgasm, etc.)?
Though I belong to a support group specifically for FM sufferers, most of them seem unwilling to broach this topic. (We only touched on it once. Let's just say we did not get down to the nitty gritty!) I'm single and in a relationship that will soon/again become physical. (I've been friends with this man over 19 years, though I haven't seen him in over 11 years. The last time I saw him, we had a sexual relationship and things were terrific. However, he hasn't seen me since I was diagnosed with FM. But, he is aware of my dx and we have discussed it a lot over the past year. Plus, he has done much reading on the matter.) Anyway, I need to discuss the challenges of sex with FM with someone who really understands. (Most of the people in the support group are married. I guess they have worked out such issues and don't feel the need to share their knowledge...or horror/war stories!)
Sorry this has been so long. If anyone has suggestions, advice, or can point me in the right direction (even links to sites with good information), I'd be grateful for your help. I've spent the last year looking for information on the net as well as in book stores, and there just doesn't seem to be much available (specifically for FM sufferers). Maybe I need to use different search terms...though I've used many terms and many combinations.

Hello C.D., welcome to New Mobility. We usede to hve some Fibromyalgla sufferers, but people come and go and I'm not sure if we do at present.
