I use it on the underside of my penis just below the head under the urethral opening. When I feel I'm about to cum I put it on the top of my penis or just remove it all together as I begin to ejaculate.

It feels the same as it did pre-injury. A "warmth" through the lower abdomen and groin with a bit of spasm in the abdomen. An increasing pleasant sensation around the base of the glans of the penis - sort of an intense feeling that you want to pee. Then a further contraction of the scrotum as the pulsing of ejaculation begins - usually 5, 6 or 7 shots. You know what an orgasm is like - sort of feels like a sneeze that builds up and builds up in your groin and penis until it's your penis that sneezes!

Well I imagine the female orgasm is a similar feeling as the sensation builds (like a sneeze in the loins) until you get to the climax and in your case vaginal and perineal muscles contract and relax over and over and you get that release of tension and waves of pleasure.
You would suggest you should be able to see if things are happening with him if his scrotum does some contracting and his testicles draw up towards his body.
