I got an ad in the mail for this. Has anybody actually seen one?

It doesn't appear that much different from a minivan. The ramp looks to be at least as steep as the ones I have seen on minivans and nothing I saw in the ad I received indicates that it can be set up with hand controls and a transfer seat. It looks like a wheelchair user can be only a passenger, not a driver.

If anyone has first-hand experience with one of these I hope you will report on it.

This is the vehicle they promoting as a taxi. It was square and yellow. I recall emailing a few times when in was still in the design stage. They seemed to very interested in making it independent to a WC user. All the cities were gung ho for the design. I get the feeling cabbiesq/cities are a club politically controlled. one could have a 60 mpg, eight passenger vehicle and if the power brokers have other connections, tough!

I know who and what they are. I'm not a fan since it's all passenger oriented. Where would my friends sit? In the back?

It IS intended as a fleet vehicle - specifically taxis - at least that's what I was told by the CEO when we met in DC.

Also backed by T Boone Pickens.
