Interesting article, paradocs, but I feel he came up a little short regarding gluten free baked goods. Gluten allergy, or sensitivity, is a component of celiac disease, but they are finding links to some auto-immune diseases such as psoriasis, and a rare small bowel cancer, who knows what else? It bugs me that food writers always put the weight spin on everything as if that's all that matters. He's right about the price, though - that's a rip- off.
