I essentially live out of my wheelchair. I carry two sets of wrenches(metric and english, a Leatherman, all sorts of lubricants and apparata. How do I get through airport security, and still keep my stuff?

You'll have to send it through the metal detector and I know for a fact you'll lose the leatherman. It'll be okay if you put it in checked luggage (except for the danger of losing your luggage).
