If they can get this to work reliably, it could take
some of the ouch out of high gas prices.

Questions are, where do they expect to hide the
battery pack (lowered floor vans might be out of luck)
and is the 10k+ cost worth it?

Posts: 7913 		Interesting idea but I think the money would be better spent on a reliable diesel engine and multispeed automatic. I see one car manufacturer has a 8 speed automatic. Sprinter supposedly gets 27mpg
