I told this so many times I couldn't remember whom I'd told it. ævory ævory Member Registered: 04/04/05 Posts: 9657	I'll give a basket of celery to everyone on this board, for Christmas! There's evidence (PROOF) of a lot of memory loss as posted on these forums. I have always eaten a lot of celery just because I learned it was good for the nerves. And now that we all have unlimited choice of dips to go with....I eat even more of it. Plus, if you are someone who craves chips or crunchy things...go for the crunch in celery. It satisfies. I take a can of black beans (and add to it) and whip up a dip for snacks.
