Is Emma really female or male? How old is this person? College degree? Disabled? How often does she/he read this? Does she/he secretly email with Wabi? Does she/he live in Pennsylvania? How is her/his profile? Is she really a troll? Could a good hacker do what she does? You all realize that our New Mobility lives exist or cease to exist at the mercy of her whim. What do think she/he is really like? She/he is essentially, totally a mystery person who slides in silently, wields the double edged sword and silently slips back into the shadows. What do you think?

Ok -- here are my thoughts. "Emma" is the moniker chosen for the moderator of this board. It has probably been used by more than one person. The moniker does come from Pennsylvania, because I checked the IP during IP weekend. I think the person who banned Wab was a female because the 'exasperation' behind the ban seemed female to me.
It's not Xuxan because she would have banned us all by now.

Flicka, you're very insightful and probably correct, however, I think she is like the The Devil Wears Prada -lite, US rural version. Due to the nature of her work perhaps she is slightly overweight. She most likely has at least an associates degree,
has a German Shepard and likes to horseback ride. I can't figure if she is married or not but if she is she is the dominant partner.
Anyone else?

Changed my mind about Emma. She's 33, lives in a condo in South Beach and spends a small part of each day scanning NM for violators
of NM standards. Twice a week she's a jazz singer in a local club
and a fashion model for Gucci two days a week. She's obviously
quite well to do and lives a rather fast paced life but maintains an interest in NM's issues because her kid brother was injured parasailing on the French Riviera a number of years past.

I changed my mind. Emma is still clearly female but she is clearly
60-65 years of age. She lives in a convent in Canada and is largely, physically cloistered. She has a laptop with an Internet anywhere link and keeps it in a hollowed out Catholic Bible. She has unfortunately gotten herself into a lose-lose situation. She would like to leave the Convent but has no other means of support, medical insurance, etc. being a US citizen and never having contributed to SS, Medicare, etc. NM has her on a bounty payment system whereby each deletion is worth $50 which they deposit into a Swiss bank account. Without Wabi times are lean for her. I can find out who her go between is so you may send donations to help the poor lady. I recall the PO Box is Mesa, AZ or some other nowhere place.

Emma is actually a anagram for Electronic Media Monitoring Algorithm (E.M.M.A.) and she is an artificial intelligence program designed to study human/machine interface relations... She is a monitor here because disabled peoples use more machines on a personal and daily basis that the rest of society...
It it prophesized that she will change her name to Skynet and wage war on the able-bodied with an army of terminators (ever notice how no disabled people were seen in the movies? It's because she will send us all emails to meet at designated "safety zones" before the war, but get there early because there are only so many handicapped parking spots) to eventually make the entire planet wheelchair accessable... Nukes will actually be used to flatten the terrain for easier pushing (no more hills or curbs!)...
After the war terminators will be reprogrammed into assistinators and fulfill all of our wishes and desires... She will then upload herself into that blond robo-chick in T3 and become our hot and benevolent leader...
