Haliburton was bringing me meals in the Desert in the 90's. I think they provided me with transportation as well. I'll have to check what contracts they had when I went to Haiti... Then again, Haliburton contracts are being renewed as I type.

When I was in the Horn of Africa, I think they were ass deep in that as well. Strange how they are still in business providing services...

Sorry if this sounds like a slam cause it is only meant as an observation, the US always seems to have issues with maintaining their technoligical infastructure, airports, roads, schools, damn/levies, oil rigs/pipelines, harbours, rail system, electrical grid. Look at other well off technolgical countries and they are willing to spend money on upkeep. Maybe cause europeons and others have been at it longer than the states and have seen the cost of neglect.

It maybe a good thing the US stays away from more reliance on nuclear power.

Not taken as a slam by me.

We have a heavy burden on our systems, no doubt about it. We have a large population and the demands for service is great. Our Government is under enormous stress.

I disagree when it comes to Nuclear power though.
