spoke too soon... i was feeling so confident i wouldn't vomit anymore liquids that i forgot to take my zofran at 8 .... i just vomited a bunch of liquid  .... oh god do i hate setbacks i guess i will have to keep taking zofran till who knows when!

thank you for the post! 
i went to my PCP's office yesterday, found out i am borderline anemic, too, besides the sodium, so i had some bloodwork done.
i can't wait to know the results... anytime next week, i'd think...

eggs,meat and fish. You'll see a difference.

i can do boost, ensure and yogurt ( i eat activia every day ) ... i love eggs, meat and fish, but due to my gastroparesis, i vomit them

I ran a GI office for 18yrs as a manager but you do learn alot during that many years The epifoam will work in time while using it try 1 using a mini thin pad folded in half cut it if you have to so it is no longer than 2 inches. 2- as with any cut another rule of thought is to keep it moist while it heal so you can put sterel water on the pad and ring it out along with the foam it will at least stop the burning feeling
