Something seems funny here. Two tones, one in each ear at frequencies of 200hz and 210hz causes the brain to create a beat.
I'm thinking that if these waves were superimposed on each other there would be regular intervals at which the peak and trough of these two waves would coincide. This could cau se the beat and not the brain. One would hear the beat in one ear or both, with or without earphones. I'm thinking some of this may be pseudoscience for sale.
