Yes I often get UTI's after sex. I don't really know what causes it I can only put it down to a degree of retrograde ejaculation, (ejaculating back into the bladder).
I've had that many antibiotics over the years that I now have injections of Gentamicine as I'm resistant to most other general antibiotics.
