Try Marinol, dronabinol is the generic. Do some research. I wrote about it in my other post. (New hope for Central Pain) I think it might be a great alternative. The thing about handcuffs is one of my biggest problems with pot.

Never have used the stuff myself but I do think it will be totally legalized very soon. the government will see too much money in it to let it all go to the drug cartels! Only fools made it illegal in the first place. Paul
Pills fuckin suck. As gimps our kidneys are pretty damn importsant now and im assuming most of you indwellers or supers fight UTI's all the time. So on top of that you're going to pile on a bunch of pills that "might work" and often times even if they do, it's not enough relief to justify taking such large amounts.
I also think some people will cry over a stubbed toe (if they could feel it). Spasms and shit suck bad, and I'd suppose it's different for a lot. As an incomplete, I feel we often times get them worse. I'm no SCI pro but don't over think it. Ever shot an animal and watched it twitch before it dies? Same shit...ours just takes longer. We're all on a sinking ship.
As far as WEED? One of the reasons I moved to Colorado! It's amazing and gimp accessible! Weed has helped me in so many ways not just physically but Mary has gotten me through some rough mental times. I have every contraption to smoke, eat or vape weed you can imagine. I still smoke weed. I love the taste, aroma and feel of some amazing indica, sativa or hybrid. Im not picky!
Feel free to smoke as you'll probably die from something else before something pot related. Unless youre on a vent! lol
Pot works faster than any pills when you wake up in pain in the middle of the night...pills youre constantly trying to stay ahead whereas pot is as needed. I'm an abuser.
