Loc: Washington 		Boy that sounds good enough to eat! Course I just got up a bit ago and am so hungry I could eat an old shoe!:-)

I used to slice eggplant and roll it in egg batter and flour and fry it. It was pretty good but kind of smokes the house up a bit. Ha!
