If they get 1 million people to join the lawsuit and get a $30 million settlement the lawyers get $10 million and each participant get $20, since lawyers in these cases get to keep 1/3 of the total. Otta be a law. _________________________ Feisty survivors populate this site. Avoid controversies unless you have a very thick skin.

I do have a problem if the attorney gets more that his/her client. Having worked in a law office for many years, I know how hard some of them work. If other professionals don't have a cap, neither should lawyers. hard work hiring other experts for thier advice? yea, i know they work hard, but 1/3rd? id be curious the breakdown of costs its not physical labor, do u think they work harder than a contractor or nurses aide? not many jobs are worth over $30 a hour for what the actual job is, lol.....
