i agree its profiling, i do think its unconstitutional, i do think its trouble
arizona has over 400,000 illegals taking jobs and taxpayer resources.......
at least they are trying something instead of just talk or dreaming
i dont care how they do it, just get illegals out of usa

And yet, AZ's governor says:
"I will not tolerate racial discrimination or racial profiling in the state of Arizona," she said. She also emphasized an amendment to the bill that prevents law enforcement personnel from using a person's race as the only factor in implementing the law. "This protects all of us -- every Arizona citizen and everyone here lawfully," she said.
How will this law be enforced without profiling?

they have to profile...... airlines and government profiles people
considering 99% are mexican illegals, why would they search whites?

See, this is the problem here: you imagine only "mexicans" are undocumented.
What about the 50,000+ Irish illegals in the US?
What are the odds they'll be "profiled" and ID'd?

So you have illegal husband and wife with 3 kids under 6 born in the US. How do you handle this?
A boy,17, entire immediate family entered illegally from Mexico years ago. The boy is graduating with honors and in science competition won a full scholarship to MIT. He never questioned his citizenship until he was discovered to be an illegal. What do you do?
