in a 'real' version of cyberland wabi could have one of his buddies post a new place to join in wabi fun. back at kim's for instance, it's not like anyone's using it. why would it be NM or bust?
I have accepted that NM brings out sides of one's personality that are dormant in one's daily life. Through misinterpretation, joking, jousting and repartee these personas become amplified to a point where they are non-transferable. Realism and NM, at least for me, ARE mutually exclusive.
I think this is true. Or it can be true if you look at it your way. I pretty much do. The reason I think the board brings out personality or signs of 'something' in you or I that isn't seen so readily in a daily life is because it's simple...a different means of getting your message out and I think if you are a regular poster...someone who others have said is a 'prolific' poster, then the thoughts roll off the fingers easier than if you're standing in front of someone and talking.
And, yeah...the things people pick up on you or I or another Are amplified and become 'what it is'. Loads of examples of that thru-out the history of this board. Others may not see it that way but that's their truth. What of it?
Is greggie a devo? Some posters imply or say he is.
Also, is greggie an AB or a PWD? I don't really care one way or the other except he seems to bash people he thinks are AB (although I haven't seen him to be correct yet).
And not for nuthin, I'm bored. I was supposed to go to The Market today as a vendor for my jewelry but tornado warnings and a downpour decided me to stay home.
