I have been seeing ads on TV about the settlement of a lawnmower class action suit. The link given was

but when I tried it I got an error message. I found this on Google. You may have gotten a postcard if you are eligible, but maybe not.

Loc: Washington 		I have a Yardman Yardbug with a Briggs and Stratton engine around 9.5 hp made by MTD I think. It is one of the tracters.The only catch is I bought it used. I looked at the claim form and it didn't asked any questions about whether you purchased it new or even where. $75 payback but wonder if I could legally do it? The orginal owner sure could but I own it now and he doesn't. Huh? Someone should get some money back for it.
