Hello All, I am in my mid 20's and my wife and I are pretty sexually active, I believe I have read every piece of information regarding SCI & sex, My question is....Are there any COMPLETE para's/quads out there that can have an orgasm (not just ejaculate), I can ejaculate without a problem however I have never had an orgasm but have heard rumors of SCI men having them. I read so much about sex being in your brain etc etc. But has any COMPLETE sci's had a real orgasm and if so how do you know you've had one, many people seem to think just because you came your had one but thats not true, I have almost a perfect life, money, cars, wife, houses etc but not being able to have ever felt an orgasm ruins me (i was 14 when I has accident) It doesn't help that I cant watch 5 minutes of TV/internet/magazines without sex being slammed in my face. I should ad...yes my wife spend tons of time exploring sex,talking etc. but I need the million dollar orgasm question answered.

im not sure that u cant, but if it turns out that u cant, dont be too let down.. if u cum, ur body must be enjoying it at least somewhat right? and have u tried to have her stimulate ur prostate? might be helpful.. my man has the opposite prob, he feels orgasm tho its not in the same way as an AB male, but nothing comes out when he finishes.. all in all u have love, which is an elusive thing for many ppl. so if in the end u have no luck w the big O, at least u have her. good luck on ur quest hun!

and that does bring Q to mind for me, now that i think bout it.. not so sure ive asked b4. for the men w retrograde ejac... how do u know it goes into ur bladder? i kno that sounds daft, but, what i mean is does it come out when u cath? or did a doc test u and tell u that? anyone here injured b4 puberty? the mr was, and so im not sure he makes any sperm for sure, however he seems to have still gone thru puberty.. very odd SCI..big guessing game it seems. and yes we plan to see a urologist bout it, but gettin him to go tell a doc his junk isnt acting as 'manly' as hed like is like ripping out fingernails lol.. ill be draggin him in at some point to get a Dr's perspective.

i didnt answer this on the last posts, but it may be helpful to u as well. when the mr finishes, he says its like waves he feels in his belly and it travels up thru his chest and arms. he described it as a warm rush and followed by or accompanied by, tingling all thru him. tho he feels no touch, temp, or wetness in his 'man place' he does feel pressure down there, however the big O he feels no where near his weenie/balls. AB males seem to have the same type of feelings but its also felt in the weenie area.. so if uve felt this or summin like it, u couldve had an O and jus dismissed it. for him, ive noticed, it depends on how into the situation he is at the time, for whether its an earth shattering expirience or just a nice finishing rush. as ive been told, read and seen, all things sexual w SCI are diff, even at the same level of injury. but as i said b4, ur very lucky to have found love. when all else fails, take joy in the little things... and foreplay is NEVER over rated  good luck

Well your not going to like my answer but being a C 6 complete I have not post injury of 18 years.
I have zero feeling or sensation sexually speaking down there. Seems everybody is different so hopefully its just me. Not being able to BIG O is just another frustrating rut in the road of life riding the SCI highway.

depends on the female, imo. whether shes got a spinal injury or not..
i cant speak for the ladies here that are in chairs, tho ive heard mixed answers, just the same as the men in chairs here.. everyone is diff.
as an AB femme, theres a huge diff for me.. although, i cant have an internal O just from having sex.. YET.. some things i think that maybe ive not properly explored..the last yr n a half of being w the mr has taught me many things bout my vag.. tho its all been from self exploration... i know girls that can have a clitoral O from sex.. ive only done it a few times.. not sure my vag is built to respond that way to just any shaped body under or on top of me..
that all being said, as for my learning expiriences.. ive taught myself how to get off from the inside, tho it always takes some kind of external foreplay (ladies NEED it in almost all cases)..i also taught myself bout the elusive female squirt.. which is a mystery to most ppl, let alone men.. which makes me also wonder if that can happen for a femme thas had spinal injury.. since it takes some odd muscle work.. clitoral stimulation can be earth shattering O's or just ok ones.. whether its done w a mouth, toy or hand is irrelevant. its all bout the touch, and what SHE personaly prefers, as to whether or not uve created a crack in her universe (lol).the internal ones for me, are always hand n hand w the squirt.. and that is an entirely diff feeling for me than any other sexual play.. from the research ive done, the femmes that do this, seem to almost lose all sense of control when it comes to spasms thru the whole body at the point of O.that very rarely happens for me, as iam still perfecting what works for my body ( i plan to teach the mr zactly how id prefer it, once ive gotten it right on my own- MEN: ask Qs u wont look stupid, ull look like a golden god if u follow direction :)--- the internal one for me, brings a sense of euphoria after, for a few hours, which is odd, bc im not one to smile often and after i cant stop smiling.. brings such a release to me, that its a similar feeling of when in labor and u get the damn kids shoulders out of u, like the entire world stops for a while and any stress that may weigh on me normally, seems to slip away..

im figuring u saying 'as a dbl' u mean multiples? for me.. thats not something that happens often bc unless im crazy turned on, its too sensitive to keep trying for another one (clitorally), however the internal seems to be waves of awesome, as ive mentioned above.. so in a way.. it could be multiples i think.

Well to set things straight, the wife is new to my sci. The wife of 25 years left, the new wife of 1 year is the one I want happy. At first she wasn’t to keen on me going down but I’ve been able to change her mind and recently she had a multiple O while me being down so that was nice. My problem with erection or lack of prevents intercourse most of the time. Meds help but I’m about 20% with Mr. Happy showing up at the correct time. My bride I think would prefer intercourse, talks about the G spot, she was able to multiple O at least once so that was good but its still hard to talk about with her. She doesn’t say much. I do ask for instructions but don’t really get any. Since I don’t ever O, I just want her to. Thank you for your insight,

well the g spot is easy to get to, and for me at least, much easier to get w hands n toys than weenie.. so ur in luck there.. maybe get her going a bit and go for her g spot, then ask Qs.. like.. would u like this or that? is this soft enough? ect ect.

no, i don't think it's scary lookin. gotta take a lot more for me to think something is scary.
in my personal experience a roller coaster is an awesome way to achieve an orgasm.
you may want to talk about this with a counselor, if she doesn't know what's gonna turn her on, how the heck are you supposed to know?? somehow it reminds me of adjusting bunny rabbits on a tv, it takes 2 ppl one of whom can't see the screen and needs directions.
i guess encourage her to play with herself or make a fun game where you pleasure her in different areas and she how she responds.

I am 49, 22years post sci, incompleted quad. I can use a vibrator to have an orgasm and ejaculate. Problem is I rarely ever get erections--kinda makes an orgasm pointless. I'd rather have the erection and skip the big O. Some minor results with Cialis, but at the price per pill--sex becomes a budget concern.
