no, i dont. a friend of mine and his business partner remodled a restaurant here in town, 350K renovation. i helped make everything was ada compliant. i told one of his workers(INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY TELLING FRIEND) that they need a few low tables...well he never told my friend...he got popped for not having any low tables near dance floor.

now that u and susan said what u said the suit makes sense...

Posts: 376 		Our K-mart only has one wheelchair accessible check-out aisle. I get all my shopping done, go back to the electronics dept. pick up a small item like a battery, and check out all my items back there. They hate it and I don't care. They also have broken locks on all the dressing rooms. I complained enough to them over the years about the inaccessibility of their aisles and the dressing room. Our Wal-mart is huge and every check-out aisle is accessible. So unfortunately for K-mart, they are losing a lot of business.

Posts: 2516 		K-Mart or Big K whatever it's being called these days is/was well on it's way out a few years ago. The merge with Sears has done nothing to improve any aspect, and what amazes me is that they are still in business. Service at either store is
abominable, and in this vicinity too checkouts are to narrow. Make sure you don't need the washroom while there also. Why do I still go there? Only if I cannot find what I am looking for elsewhere.
