i have done it once and it didn't help much but i hear you might need 2 or more appplications for it to really help.
i have heard excellent reviews of ppl who have had botox in their bladder.

If I can find a Urologist here to do it I will certainly give it a try. Thanks Lola. Deo

I get this done every 6-8 months and it has helped me tremendously! With that and taking Toviaz once a day, I hardly have any daytime accidents.
My urologist suggested the Botox as a last resort for my neurogenic bladder, because we had used every medicine on the market for bladder problems and even tried Interstim Therapy without any luck. I was almost going to resort to getting a total urostomy until we tried the Botox.

I'm 51 and tried it in April all it did was make me sick for a month it was awful and cold sweat for 2 weeks. It did nothing at all to help me with my bladder control. What other medications have you guys taken for bladder control? I was on Oxybutinin for 27yrs until it started messing with my head and had to stop taking it. Toviaz 8mg. once a day barely works for me now. Any suggestions? I had urologist many years ago that had me take an antihistamine with my bladder medication and it helped a lot so I was thinking of talking to my urologist about that. But would like to know what other medications are out there for me to try first.
