I have a minor case of cerebral palsy, I live in the Baltimore area. I use a manual wheel chair to get around in most of the time. I lead a very independent lifestyle, with myself and my wife. My problem comes in the fact that Baltimore has a very poor public transportation system, and I am looking at ways to increase my mobility in the way of public transportation. Even the possibility of moving to a new area. does anyone have any advice in particular areas to move with good transportation systems?
